tall-chest-of-drawers-with-metal-legs
T Shape Industrial Design 4 Drawer Chest of Drawers with Metal Legs

Store a season of folded clothes on a strip of wall with this tall chest of drawers

Go up rather than out with a tall chest in walnut-effect or grey wood-effect, a slim raised strip on each drawer front and black metal legs that leave the floor in view. The top sits at chest height for a mirror, a lamp and the watch, and the whole piece takes less wall than a wardrobe. As a tall chest of drawers for bedroom storage it fits the strip of wall beside the door.

Pull any of the four fronts and the jumpers, the T-shirts and the bedlinen lie flat in rows, which is what a chest of drawers for clothes should allow. Four boxes hold a season’s folded clothes, and the lowest takes the spare duvet. Lifted on two dark frames, this tall chest of drawers looks lighter than a tallboy on a plinth, and a wall fixing kit in the box holds it steady.

What fits where in this tall chest of drawers?

Raised Strip Fronts: A slim bar stands proud of each front and swaps sides down the stack, to the left on the first (top) and third drawers and to the right on the second and fourth (bottom), splitting each front into a small and a large panel. Offset like this, the strips form the T Shape pattern that gives this modern chest of drawers its staggered line.

Wood-Effect Finish: A walnut or grey wood-effect finish with a timber grain covers the whole body of this bedroom chest of drawers, top included.

Tall Shape: At 100 cm high and 80 cm across, this bedroom tallboy goes up rather than out.

4 Drawers: Jumpers, T-shirts and bedlinen lie flat behind four fronts of the same size in this 4 drawer chest.

Drawer Size: Inside, each box measures W 74 x D 32.8 x H 14.5 cm (the chest is W 80 x D 40 x H 100 cm overall), so a season of folded knitwear fits in this storage chest with drawers.

Round Wooden Knobs: Two round wooden knobs on every front, eight in all, give this drawer chest for bedroom storage an even pull.

Powder-Coated Black Metal Legs: Two dark open frames carry the body, so this chest of drawers on legs never looks heavy beside the door.

Floor Gap: A 12 cm gap under the body lets the vacuum through, so there is no need to move this tall chest to clean under it.

Smooth Runners: Each box runs on a pair of runners of its own, so the fronts of this bedroom tallboy open straight.

Base Support: A rail under the floor of every box backs up this drawer storage chest where the folded clothes rest.

40 cm Depth: At 40 cm from the wall, this contemporary chest of drawers leaves the way to the door clear.

Wall Fixing Kit: Two L-shaped brackets, plugs and screws come in the box so this tall bedroom chest of drawers can be fixed to the wall.

Flat-Pack Delivery: Everything arrives in one box with a screwdriver, an Allen key and 25 picture steps for this self-assembly chest of drawers.

One-Year Warranty: DHS puts right any manufacturing defect in this chest of drawers within the first twelve months.

Matching Bedroom: A bedside table, a lower unit and a 2 door wardrobe share the strip fronts, so this chest of drawers for bedroom storage can start a set.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0564/3452/4316/files/wooden-grey-t-shape-4-drawer-chest-of-drawers-angled-view-white-background.webp?v=1793872796
