Refunds Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Full refund of the cost of the goods, will be given only after our Returns department has inspected the goods to ensure all correct products have been returned in their original condition.

The refund will be processed within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and may take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.

Please Note

1. To return an item, you must first obtain authorisation from our Customer Service team.

2. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all components and accessories included.

3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

4. If the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, you must provide photo evidence to assist our team in assessing the damage and reporting it to our suppliers, so that we can rectify the issue.

5. If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be at home and hand the package to our courier. The collection will be Monday to Friday anytime from 7.00am to 7.00pm.
