Getting Your Order to You
Waiting around for a delivery is nobody's idea of fun, so we try to keep things moving. Most orders leave our warehouse within one working day of payment — we dispatch Monday to Saturday, and our drivers are out Monday to Saturday too.
What you pay for shipping depends on your postcode and what's in your basket. The exact figure shows up at checkout before you confirm anything, so there's nothing hidden.
Two Ways We Deliver
It depends on what you've bought.
Smaller items travel through our standard courier network — free across the UK mainland, tracked, and usually with you in a day or two. Larger furniture (beds, sofas, wardrobes, dining tables) comes out on one of our own vans. These products are marked clearly on their product pages. With van delivery, you pick a date that suits you at checkout, and the cost is worked out automatically based on your postcode.
Standard Courier Delivery
| Delivery Area | Cost | Estimated Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) | Free | 1–2 business days |
| Northern Ireland | £50.00 | 3–5 business days (Available for limited product) |
| International (Rest of World) | £120.00 | 3–17 business days (Available for limited product) |
*Note: For orders from Northern Ireland or international locations, please reach out to us before placing your order. We want to ensure we can fulfil your delivery. If we're unable to, we'll promptly cancel the order and issue a full refund to your bank account. Thank you for your understanding!
Someone will need to be in to sign for it. Once your order's dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it along.

Whichever van zone you're in, you can pick a preferred delivery date at checkout. Order before 9:00 am, and next-working-day delivery is on the table. Van deliveries go out Monday to Saturday.
Where We Can't Send Van Items
A few areas are outside our van delivery network. Courier items can still reach some of them — details below.
| Area | Postcodes | What This Means For You |
|---|---|---|
| Northern Ireland | BT |

| Scottish Highlands & Islands | HS | Not available for van delivery. |
| Channel Islands | JE, GY | Not available for van delivery. |
| Isle of Man | IM | Not available for van delivery. |
Sending Orders Out the Same Day
The cut-off is 9:00 am on weekdays. Order before then and we'll do our best to get it out the door the same day. After that, or at weekends, it goes out on the next working day.
On the Day of Delivery
Courier parcels are delivered directly to your doorstep. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card so you can arrange a redelivery. In some cases, if the courier considers the location safe and secure, they may leave the parcel in a suitable spot. Please note, if a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a small redelivery fee may apply (approximately £4 for smaller parcels and £8.95 for larger items).
Van deliveries — our team brings things to the ground-floor entrance of your property. Just make sure the vehicle can get to you on the day; a blocked access point can cause delays.
If Something Arrives Damaged
Have a look over your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging or the item itself looks wrong, write "damaged" on the paperwork before the driver leaves — or refuse it altogether if the damage is bad. Flagging it at the time is really important if you later need to make a claim.
One More Thing
Our delivery partners are exactly that — partners, not employees. We work closely with them and we're always on hand to help chase things up, but their day-to-day operations aren't something we can control directly. Times quoted are estimates. And please double-check your delivery address before placing your order — we can't be held responsible for delays that come from an address being incomplete or incorrect.
