Chesterfield King Ottoman Storage Bed Frame Dark Grey Velvet

Am very impressed with the company, I got the delivery dates wrong but sent an email and the company got back to me straight away, delivery was excellent kept upto date and was easy to track .
Bed arrived within the time slot
Absolutely love the bed, it looks more expensive than the price tag,
Would definitely recommend both the company and the bed

My daughter very happy

Good build quality, instructions are a little bit confusing when attaching the hydraulics.

Lovely bed! Highly recommend. Was so easy to assemble!

Lovely bed, speedy delivery
Overall really pleased

Great bed easy to assemble also

Good quality and looks really nice in person. Alot of space and bed feels sturdy. Due to shape, size is slightly wider and longer than a standard sized bed however no issue for me.

Quick delivery and love the look in my bedroom.

Really happy with quality and fast delivery

Amazing quality easy to assemble and quick delivery...

Thankyou my daughter loves her new bed :)

Very nice bed, lovely color, right size, love it

Great bed, easy to put together. Done alone in just over an hour.
Instructions are simple.

First things first I absolutely love the bed BUT the instructions were awful, and not clear at all, I tried calling the customer service number a couple of times but it was always engaged and there was a promise of a call back but I never got one, I’m still not 100% sure I have put it together properly as the hydraulic part was very confusing indeed. There isn’t a video to watch despite me trying to find one on u tube- all the other companies have one. It took me nearly all day to put together on my own I may add. I think If the instructions were clearer it would have been quicker. I did stop for breaks though. The other disappointment was the delivery driver was meant to call me with a time and he didn’t luckily I was in!! And he refused to carry it up the stairs !! Sniggered and said no I don’t do that you can dismantle and take it in bits, there are elements of the bed extremely heavy!! So I struggled and hurt myself in the process. I like the bed very much, but the lack of customer service, videos and the attitude of the delivery driver has left me feeling was it worth it!! I know have to ask a friend to check I’ve done it all correctly.. so disappointed as the actual bed is lovely. If there are 2 of you, to carry it up and put it together you will be fine.

Great bed, excellent quality couldn’t have asked for more great service from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this company and their beds they are fantastic! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for a new bed, Was easy enough to assemble you’ll need 2 people

Nice bed with good looks

Well happy with the new bed ,easy instructions to follow, great delivery service and a very good price 👍

Really love my new bed!

Very easy to put together, great quality, my daughter loves the style, very well made.

Amazing bed . Very good quality and easy to assemble. Also very sturdy

Beautiful stile, quality and fast delivery

Looks amazing, especially for the price. Only slight niggle was one of the holes that were supposed to be predrilled for the slats wasn’t drilled through. Assembly was reasonably straightforward.
