The instructions were awful

First things first I absolutely love the bed BUT the instructions were awful, and not clear at all, I tried calling the customer service number a couple of times but it was always engaged and there was a promise of a call back but I never got one, I’m still not 100% sure I have put it together properly as the hydraulic part was very confusing indeed. There isn’t a video to watch despite me trying to find one on u tube- all the other companies have one. It took me nearly all day to put together on my own I may add. I think If the instructions were clearer it would have been quicker. I did stop for breaks though. The other disappointment was the delivery driver was meant to call me with a time and he didn’t luckily I was in!! And he refused to carry it up the stairs !! Sniggered and said no I don’t do that you can dismantle and take it in bits, there are elements of the bed extremely heavy!! So I struggled and hurt myself in the process. I like the bed very much, but the lack of customer service, videos and the attitude of the delivery driver has left me feeling was it worth it!! I know have to ask a friend to check I’ve done it all correctly.. so disappointed as the actual bed is lovely. If there are 2 of you, to carry it up and put it together you will be fine.

I haven't put the bed up yet as we are redecorating the bedroom but I have opened the box and it looks gorgeous I can't wait to put it up. You do loose a star because I ordered on the 30th June for it to be delivered on the 6th July but it turned up the next day luckily I was in because the driver would have left it there.
