Looks just like expected. Nice, shiny, pretty. I really like the smart door opening technology, with no need for handles, which usually look ugly.

Good quality as expected

Where do I start? I have built a flat pack and never seen someone build one, your guess is as good as mine I was petrified of the thought, but it had to be done I needed the storage. After weeks of research I decided to go with DHS. I live alone so I had to pick something i could build myself. Bought 2 of these and a shoe storage. Delivery was within 3working days but delivery company was rubbish leaving me stuck with 5 flat packs at ground floor driver said he was too busy to deliver it properly and my flat is at the 1st floor mind you elevator working. Sent an email to DHS and they replied immediately apologising for what happened which i agree is out of their control, they sent me a token to get somone to take up for me, while all the delivery company did was send an apology email didn't even ask how i would get them to my flat.
I digress after several hours I was able to get 1 built and now that I understood the basics built the 2nd in half the time. Honest review the chest is solid happy with the quality, but 1 gave 4 stars because the manual could be easier and more friendly, I am happy to revise it and make it friendly for 1st timers like myself and persons who don't have a DIY bone in them lol. 2nd reason the drawers could be deeper there is a load of space between the drawers and the back board enough to fit atleast 12 pairs of jeans yes I measured and I'm a size 18 lol. Overall I would recommend and buy again the product and also from the company the customer service is supportive. Hope this helps someone.

Apologies to dream home store which took alot of frustration from myself because I followed the instructions completely wrong! I was adamant the draws were around the wrong way but they were so good to me and understanding. I asked for them to send me the pieces that I needed and they sent me a whole new draw! It was my mistake but the chest of draws are lovely, the only downfall would be that the depth of the draws could be alot bigger. But other than that i am happy with them.

The unit is of good quality and all fitted together nicely. I initially had a problem with the 1st part being delivered to the wrong address but after calling the next day they got the delivery company DX to pick up the wrong delivery and then deliver both parcels together. All in all very happy with the draws and was the best price quality I could find for the money. Also a big bonus is the draws have a reinforcement bar that goes underneath so no more of the draw bottoms falling out.
