Terrible customer service

Table arrived damaged, no spare parts are available for any products which means when you have a damaged part you have to disassemble the entire piece of furniture and send back in the original packaging which must be sealed with white tape, then you have to wait for them to send a replacement possibly days if not weeks later. All that for an issue they caused by sending a damaged item or if they were to miss a part. There attitude was awful, there customer service phone numbers do not work from any page I was able to find and their contact forms and emails are clearly not checked as I never got a response and was only able to contact them via the live chat feature.
