we have ordered this dressing table twice now and both times it's arrived in the incorrect box with a complete mixture of colours inside. the first time was already difficult as they emailed back days later and hung up the phone on us, and then they took days to send a refund, only offered to refund once we sent the original boxes back. we ordered again, even specified we wanted it correct this time, they then delivered one out of two boxes and its incorrect again!! the customer service is the worst we've experienced and i dont understand how you can send a dressing table that doesnt even exist on the website, twice!!
