Delivery was to a flat, and was made to the flat. Packages were heavy, but once unpacked, easy to assemble.
I have one quibble only, that the drawer unit screws to connect to the drawer runners was not clear how to get the runner parts free from the wardrobe sides. I resolved this by putting front screws in and pulling sharply to get the parts free for the back screws.
The wardrobe looks as good as on the website close up and seems very sturdy, too.
