Prompt delivery, packaged well.. Off to a great start. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with fittings in a moulded plastic pack, spares included which was a nice touch. What impressed my husband most was the nifty little tool wrench/allen key supplied which was worth it's weight in gold. Husband claims he'd easily pay a tenner for such an item. The bed itself was excellent quality, attention to detail in areas such as felt adhesive pads on corner braces and contact points to protect /prevent clashing on frame lowering. The headboard was stylish, quality finish.. Really very impressed. The mattress we ordered to accompany the bed was vacuum rolled which we appreciated as that made transporting it to the room of choice much easier, unrolling it was as dangerous as YouTube videos portray. As this purchase was for my daughter I will will most definitely choose this company when purchasing my next bed. Excellent quality and service.
